1. Your data will never be shared with any third party, except in the event of an official HMRC audit. In such cases, any data found on my invoices will be shared with HMRC. Apart from that, any personal information you share with me will be used for contact and accounting purposes only.​

2. Please note that information used for accounting purposes (e.g. your name, contact details and address) will be stored securely for six years, in accordance with HMRC requirements.

3. Depending on what you share with me, the data I gather may include your name and job title, email and home address, telephone or mobile number and information regarding the documents you send me.

4. Polka Dot Translations may use cookies to analyse web traffic and improve the website for  users. You can choose to disable cookies, but this may prevent you from taking full advantage of the website.

5. This website may feature external links. Please note that after you click on a link and leave my website, I will have no control over the content and privacy policy of the linked website.
